How fast do I get the photos?
Edited photos arrive by 9 am the next working day. Twilight and video add-ons arrive within 48 hours.
How should the home be prepared?
Clear the counters, open every blind, switch on every light and move cars off the driveway. I send a one-page checklist when you book.
What if the home is over 5,000 sq ft?
I quote larger homes individually. Use the booking form and enter the square footage, and you will have a price within one working day.
What happens if it rains?
Interiors go ahead in any weather. If the exteriors need sun, I come back for them at no charge within the week.
Can I use the photos in print and on social?
Yes. Every package includes a license for MLS, print, social and paid ads for the life of the listing.
